Renting this home in the Poconos


Ready to make a reservation?  Here's how it works.

  1. Check the Calendar for availability.  If your desired dates are available...

  2. Check rates for the rental period in which you're interested. Discounts are available if you
    • make a reservation more than 3 months in advance and pay in full at time of reservation ($50 off!)
    • make a reservation at the last minute - less than two weeks of check in date (30% off!)
    • reserve two separate bookings in a 9 month period ($50 off!)
    • refer a friend that makes a booking in a 9 month period ($50 off!)

  3. Make sure you're qualified to rent this home. Please Note:
    • We do not rent this home for High School or College events like post-prom or graduation parties. Sorry. Renters must be over 24 years of age. Families with children are welcome!
    • NO PETS. Sorry, no exceptions
    • This is a NO SMOKING home. Smokers must go outside the home and not litter with cigarette butts.
    • Renters must be financially able to pay for rent in full prior to arrival and post a $250 security deposit authorization on a valid credit card.

  4. Download, print and review the home's Lease Agreement in Microsoft Word Format, or as a PDF.

  5. Book the home: Carefully fill out each section of the Lease Agreement and make sure that it can be easily read. Incomplete Agreements or those that cannot be easily read will not be accepted or considered valid. We will contact you upon receipt of your contract to make payement arrangements. Bookings are not complete until at least $100 has been received from tenant. No exceptions - sorry!

  6. Fill out the community registration form, fill in the areas between the brackets { }, and fax it to us (866.565.3096). Download is as a Microsoft Word Doc, a PDF (required Adobe), or as an image.
