Ready to make a reservation? Here's how it works.
- Check the Calendar
for availability. If your desired dates are available...
- Call us with credit card ready to pay $100
non-refundable deposit needed to reserve those dates. (Visa/ MC)
Call 717.664.0540 (our home) between 8 am and 9 pm please.
- Balance (rent + cleaning fee + security deposit)is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
You can pay this by credit card or sending a check.
- Print out Lease Agreement
as a Microsoft Word Document
or as A PDF file and mail or fax (info below).
NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING/ NO PETS home.
Renters must be over 24 years of age.
Cleaning fee is $65 - we hire a professional service each time the home is
used to sanitize all surfaces.
