732 Stoney Mountain - Information Sheet

Thanks for your interest in renting our home in the mountains.  We’ve organized this information sheet for your convenience.  It contains some IMPORTANT INFORMATION that you will need to know so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Check our rental calendar.  Calendar is normally up to date online (www.littlebirches.com/calendar.htm) but double check by contacting us.  You can do that in the following ways:  By phone 717.664.0540 (during business hours is the best time to reach us) or (preferred) by email:  stevenw@ptd.net

2. Print out and CAREFULLY READ Lease Agreement

3. Sign and return it to Steve or Lori Wolgemuth 1946 Lebanon Road, Manheim, PA  17545.  Include reservation fee of $100 as noted on contract together with any other amounts due at time of signing as per contract.  Our fax number is 717.565.3096.  No cover letter is necessary.
   
4. We will acknowledge receipt of your reservation.
   
5. Pay balance due at least 4 weeks before occupancy date.
   
6. Please review cancellation policy on contract to make sure you understand and agree with the terms.
   
7. After receipt of last payment (four weeks before your occupancy date) we will send you keys to the premises, directions and other helpful information.
