Are you a group under 24 years of age?
Keep in mind, we neverrent to groups of high school students. No need calling to ask. We rarely rent to college students unless more than half are over 24, or the lease signer is a home-owner who provides proof of homeowner insurance, and puts up a cash security deposit of $500 (refundable).

Want to ask about bringing a pet?
We have a "no pet" policy and are quite firm about it. No need calling to ask. (We love animals, were professional horse trainers for 20 years and have three dogs that we don't bring to this home!)

Dear Guests,

Our "Little Birches Chalet" has been such a blessing to us as a couple and a family.  With three active boys and a fast paced life, retreating to the mountains to prepare this home for our guests has changed us.  The quiet woods surrounding this cozy home has been a much needed therapy.  Now we are excited to share this with our friends, family and new acquaintances.  We look forward to hearing your stories after enjoying our cozy mountain getaway.
